98 East — Co-Working Space (Coming 2026)
Erected in 1846 as the Willson’s building—the first commercial property on the east side of the Shenango River—this address anchored downtown life for generations (including decades as Wilson’s Furniture). After a devastating 1955 fire, it was reborn as Sharon’s Cultural Center, hosting arts, events, and community gatherings for many years. The story of 98 East has always been the same at its core: a place where the community comes together.
